Cancellation/Refund Policy
Restocking/cancellation fee: Legally fine and will be disclose on each invoice generated for your payment. All orders are final once the item is sourced or purchased.
No cancellations or refunds after acquisition. Cancellation before sourcing may incur an additional 10% fee equal to any travel/sourcing costs already incurred plus a 15% restocking/admin fee on the entire purchase.
Travel expenses: Buyer is responsible for any travel, fuel, meals, acquisition, or holding costs if cancellation occurs after the seller has begun fulfilling the order. Non-defective goods - does not force refunds on non-defective goods. Non-Refundable Deposits 50% non-refundable deposit secures the item and covers sourcing/travel.
A final balance due to travel upon confirmation of acquisition records of travel receipts will be reconciled, along with proofs of purchase and communications, always available for any concerns regarding any purchase and in case this policy need to be enforce. Thanks for doing business with us.
